Vision
Fairfood envisions, in the near future, an economically vibrant and sustainable global food industry in which food and beverage companies around the world have fully acknowledged their responsibility towards sustainability and have taken adequate measures to address social, environmental and economic concerns associated with their brand products. By the year 2020, Fairfood International intends to be the leading voice of the global food sustainability movement, by actively advocating for sustainability to over 10,000 food and beverage companies globally and increasingly influencing them to engage in sustainable and fair business practices. In addition, Fairfood expects to be actively engaged in and recognised by every international food and beverage company and to build genuine partnerships with other NGOs based on complementarities and genuine respect, while continuing to grow its support amongst global citizens.
