Funds & Donors
The Funds & Donors department’s main responsibility is to acquire subsidies, sponsoring and donors. The department is directed by the Funds & Donors manager. The projects are led by three paid project leaders, each with the help of two to four unpaid project assistants.
What are the responsibilities of a Project Assistant Subsidies NL?
As Project Assistant Subsidies NL you will participate in developing strategies for raising funds from different potential financiers located in the Netherlands, such as government institutions, NGO's and trust funds. You will look for the most appropriate financiers to sponsor Fairfood and write proposals to obtain funding from them. Besides that, you will participate in maintaining contact with existing financiers of Fairfood.
Your tasks are among others:
- searching for potential financiers
- writing proposals
- evaluating proposals and reports of your colleagues at the F&D department
- looking for new and inventive ways to obtain funds

Qualifications
- Minimal higher education (HBO) working- and thinking level
- Good verbal and written skills in Dutch, and preferably in English
