Project Leader Assurance

Research
The Research department is Fairfood’s centre of knowledge. It collects and organizes up-to-date information and knowledge concerning global trade, fairness issues, agricultural sectors, and sustainable solutions, and it studies the fairness of food and beverage products. The projects are led by five paid project leaders, each with the help of unpaid project assistants who do the actual research. The Project Leader Assurance is responsible for the assurance of the answers on the product fairness questionnaire. Fairfood wants to communicate reliable information to the public and, therefore the answers on the Product Fairness Questionnaire have to be checked. He/she is also responsible for the development of new activities in cooperation with the Manager Research in relation to assurance issues. Furthermore, the Project Leader contributes to the development of the department’s policy.

• HBO (higher education)/University working- and thinking level
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Able to work well both independently and within a team
• Affinity with Fairfood’s goals
• Some experience with project management
• Some experience in executing research
• Knowledge of the non-profit and research sector is an asset

What do we offer?

• Paid position, € 1935,75 gross based on a 40 hour working week
• 22 holidays per year, based on a 40 hour working week.
