HR & Back Office
The HR & Backoffice department's main responsibility is to implement multiple activities to provide services for Fairfood. The department is directed by the Manager HR & Backoffice, who is responsible for the coordination, realization and actual implementation of these services. The department is responsible for five projects: HR, Supporters, Quality Assurance, ICT and Finance. The projects are led by four paid project leaders, each with the help of two to four unpaid project assistants.
The Project Leader HR is responsible for the recruitment, selection, planning, coaching and the assessment of personnel. He/she is also responsible for the development of new activities in cooperation with the Manager HR & Backoffice in relation to HR. Furthermore, the Project Leader contributes to the development of the department’s policy.

Qualifications
- Minimal higher education (HBO) working- and thinking level
- Education in the HR field is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Dutch as well as English
- Able to work well both independently and within a team
- Affinity with Fairfood’s goals
- Good organizational skills
- Some experience with project management

- Paid position, € 1.967,07 gross, based on a 40 hour working week
