EILER has been educating workers on the basic principles of trade unionism for nearly three decades. EILER’s mission is to actively promote workers initiatives for self-organization and empowerment through increasing participation in society’s economic, political and cultural life. EILER’s mission base is comprised of both formal and informal labor in the Philippines, aimed to contribute in strengthening workers movement and advocacy for better wages, jobs and democratic rights.
